RESCUESKIN is a biocompatible skincare solution that is derived from components of stem cells. The brand is sold exclusively online and features 2 products, a serum and a moisturizer.


Following a huge surge in demand due to Naomi Campbell's mention of the products on Watch What Happens Live (in 2017), the brand needed immediate reinforcement to support sales and overall customer experience via digital channels. As the customer base grew, the importance of a fluid communications strategy was instrumental in terms of driving loyalty and lifetime value.
